Birth Doula
Feel confident, capable, supported and informed by having a certified birth doula, with all the benefits of a licensed massage therapist, on-call and by your side throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth. A few different packages are available to best suit your needs and budget.

*In this package each massage has been discounted to $75/hour instead of the regular rate of $90/hour. The number of massages can be increased or decreased depending on preference, with a minimum of 7 total massages to keep the $75/hour rate.
Infant Massage
Babies can receive many well-researched physiological and psychological benefits from massage. It can help relieve complaints such as colic, teething, congestion and sleep pattern disruptions. As a bonus, the giver of massage receives many benefits too, one being increased bonding and communication between baby and parent. In this hour long session, the parent(s) will be taught how to massage their baby for general relaxation/bonding and specific complaints. This way, the parent can confidently implement any of these techniques any time they are needed.
